The 'Pupil id' is the six digit number provided to you by your school
The 'Pupil's date of birth' is the date of birth of the child for whom you want to make a school meal payment.
What if I don’t have a Pupil ID?
If you do not have the Pupil ID you should contact the School of the child concerned immediately.
The School will then arrange for the Pupil ID to be notified to you within 24 hours. If you are not informed please telephone the Helpline on 0113 24 75220.
What if I get a message saying 'Pupil details given are incorrect'?
Check that you entered the pupil id correctly. Furthermore, you should contact the school to check if date of birth for your child held on record is correct.
The School will then arrange for the information to be updated.
If you do not receive a response within 48 hours please contact the Helpline on 0113 24 75220 who will arrange for you to use the current details held which you can use until the correct information is updated.
Has your child moved school recently?
As you may be aware there are many changes occurring to Leeds School Pupil registers every week and therefore
if your child has changed Schools within the last week you may not be able to pay online.
If this is the case you should contact your new School immediately to arrange for them to process the change so that you can pay online at the new School.
This should be within 48 hours from your notification to the School. If you are not informed please contact the Helpline on 0113 24 75220.
